1. Agreement

By accessing or using ClearView Financial (“ClearView,” “the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These Terms constitute a binding agreement between you and Fiducia AI Labs LLC (“we,” “us”).

2. Not Financial Advice

ClearView is an informational tool only. Nothing on the Service constitutes financial advice, investment advice, tax advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell any security. All calculations, reports, and analyses are for informational and educational purposes only.

Fiducia AI Labs LLC is not a registered investment advisor, broker-dealer, or financial planner. You should consult a qualified financial professional before making any investment decisions. Past performance data displayed by the Service does not guarantee future results.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering contracts to use ClearView. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements.

4. Account Registration

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at support@getclearview.ai of any unauthorized account access.

You may not share your account, create accounts for others without authorization, or use the Service on behalf of any entity without permission.

5. Plaid Integration & Financial Data

ClearView uses Plaid Technologies, Inc. to access your financial institution data. By connecting an account, you:

• Authorize ClearView and Plaid to access your financial data in read-only mode
• Agree to Plaid's End User Privacy Policy
• Acknowledge that ClearView does not store your bank login credentials
• Understand that data accuracy depends on what your financial institutions provide to Plaid

You may disconnect any institution at any time from the Connect page. Disconnecting removes our ability to sync new data but does not automatically delete historical data already synced — you must delete that separately from the Manage My Data page.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system or data
• Scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Service via automated means
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to derive source code
• Upload false, inaccurate, or misleading financial data
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, software, algorithms, and content (excluding your personal financial data), is owned by Fiducia AI Labs LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Your financial data remains yours. We claim no ownership over your personal financial information.

8. Pricing & Subscription

During the current beta period, ClearView is free. We reserve the right to introduce paid tiers in the future. We will provide at least 30 days' notice before charging existing users. Free-tier features available at the time of a pricing change will be clearly communicated.

9. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT CALCULATIONS ARE ERROR-FREE OR THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FIDUCIA AI LABS LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING INVESTMENT LOSSES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

10. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by deleting your profile from the Manage My Data page. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without notice.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Sarasota County, Florida.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
